All DVDs and Laserdiscs will be shipped via UPS (ground) or Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Laserdiscs:
Will be delivered via United Parcel Service (UPS).
1 Disc - $6.00
Each additional disc - $1.00
Double disc sets - .50 extra
Box sets - $1.00 extra

DVDs and CDs:
Will be delivered via United States Postal Service (USPS).
There is a base charge of $4.00 per shipment, plus .99 per each additional item.

Audio/Video Units and Accessories:
Please call or e-mail for shipping information.

Overseas:
Please contact us for the best way to ship.
Usually, USPS Express Mail is the fastest, most economical way to ship. Express Mail includes a tracking system to help locate lost or delayed shipments.


In the event that you do receive a damaged item, please notify us (e-mail or call) within 48 hours of receiving your package.

When you call, we will issue you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER so you can ship the item(s) back.

We ask that you pay for the return shipment. After Evolution receives the item(s), we will replace them and ship them back to you at our cost.

All unopened items may be exchanged for other items. If there is a price difference, the extra amount will be charged to your account or credited if the difference is less than the original purchase.

If the box is opened, you must send it back with all original packaging material, instruction manual, cables, etc., otherwise we cannot exchange the unit.

If you decide after opening the box, you don't want the item, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. After all, no one will be able to purchase the unit as "new" once the box is opened.

After 30 days, Evolution cannot exchange any item.

All our items contain the original manufacturer's warranty and will be covered under their terms and conditions. If you prefer to have Evolution Audio & Video handle the paperwork, we will be happy to do so.
